Week Four!
O.k. so i know I'm a little late on this but i have been really ill the last few days and haven't really wanted to sit on here! But none the less here is week four! The gators pulled off another win and boy was this game full of excitement! I was holding my breath when Tebow hit the ground! thank goodness hes alright and thank goodness for a bye week! Maybe in the next two weeks we can get rid of the Flu and all this respiratory junk!! So on to week five. Even though there is not a game next week i will still post a pic of the updated beard!! i know u guys cant wait!!!
My first Jags game!
Sunday Scott and i went to the Jags/Arizona game! i have never been a huge jags fan but hey free tickets ill go! (i might be a fan if they would win a dang game) It was a lot of fun and it actually did make me a little sad to see how empty the stadium was! It was oh so hott so excuse the sweaty pics of scott and i but here are just a few shots from the day!
Week Three
The beard is starting to get some national attention we got a text sat that said "is the beard ready for another win?" haha i laughed so hard! thanx Katelyn and Josh for being so supportive! The gators did win again and the beard is still growing! and growing and growing! This is starting to get a little crazy! Tenn held there own sat but the big UF boys did pull out a win! Now if Tebow and the rest of u guys (including cooper,..yum!) can get it together now would be the time! Sat was a little scary at first but hey like i said a W is a W!! Go Gators and on with the beard growing,..hey maybe next year i should do this with my leg hair! haha maybe not!
Week Two
As all of you should know, The Gators won again!!! I know all you Gator Haters are saying "it was only Troy" but we will see what happens when Tennessee and their Large Mouthed Coach comes to the swamp! This is week Two of the beard. I don't mind it so much here but oh is it going to get worse!! Scott informed me i was late with this post and that people were waiting on it! so all you crazy bloggers out there who cant stand to wait to see "The Beard" here it is,....enjoy!
Aunt Tina and Uncle Scott

As most of you know Scott is a HUGE Gator Football fan or anything that has to do with college football for that matter. Last year he decided to start a new tradition during the season by not shaving until the Florida Gators lost a game after the crazy loss to Ole Miss! So from Ole Miss on he never broke the razor out! This year he has decided to do the same, and since he started way earlier this year i cant imagine what its going to look like! He asked me to keep up with it in pics so i decided why not make a weekly blog about it! most of you may not care but here is Scott Week One with only a weeks worth of growth! It only gets worse from here!
Here's to growing beards!!!
By the way for those of u who don't know-Gators won this week 62-3!!!
(and to all u haters "they played a high school team" a win is a win!!!
Menu Plan 9/7
So last week i was a total slacker only two meals off my meal plan were actually cooked and scott made one of them. The "Crispy Baked Pesto Chicken" although not very crispy was a hit. Go easy on the pesto though it was a bit overwhelming. The Saucy Baked chops were wonderful but a little dry i think we may have over-cooked them slightly. Hopefully this week we will stick to the meal plan a little better!
Monday-Grilled Hamburgers and Hot dogs
with Mac and cheese and potatoes
This meal was wonderful we had the whole family over for a cookout
Potatoes- Wash peel and cut them into 1 inch pieces
sprinkle with sea salt pepper and garlic powder and bake for 45 mins until tender
YUMMY!
Tuesday- Cheesy One-Pot Chicken Cacciatore w/ crescent rolls
I am definitely going to do this one this week i really want to try this one pot meal! so Easy!!
Even though Scott when he saw the pick said "I'm not eating that with all that green stuff in it!" haha what a nerd! (this is www.Kraft.com )
Wednesday- Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Hey why not have two cheeseburger meals in one week?
Hey why not have two cheeseburger meals in one week?
This seems really easy so we will see if it is as good as it sounds!
Thursday- Saucy Pepper Steak w/rice
This is one from last week that we will try to get to this week!
Friday-Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole w/ salad
this is something i have made in the past but forgot about it until i found it again on www.Cambellkitchen.com again! its so good because u can mix and match some veggies in it for those picky eaters (uh hmm Scott)
Saturday we will more then likely eat out with Jayden Shes coming to visit this weekend Friday though Sunday!! yay! we always have a blast! Her mommy and Heevi (Levi) are going to Athens to watch GA play (yuck who knows why,..Go Gators!)
Happy Cooking everyone!!
Meal Plan
I actually think this is supposed to be a Sunday thing but hey I'm only one day late! I will try to make these four meals this week but who knows if ill have to work late or not so maybe i can talk Scott into cooking one of them!
Monday- Crispy Baked Pesto chicken
w/ garlic mashed pots and green beans
This is so easy it only has four ingredients can it get better then that?
Tuesday- Saucy Baked Chops
w/ white rice and broccoli (which Scott wont be eating)
We have Chops a lot but i always do the same thing to them (Lawry's steak and chop marinade which is divine) but i wanted to try something different
Wednesday- Cheesy One-Pot Chicken Cacciatore
with crescent rolls
This looked really good and i am all about things in one pot because i hate doing dishes!!!
Thursday-Saucy Pepper Steak
with white rice
I have to admit i have never made pepper steak ( i actually had to look up what cut to buy) so we will see how this turns out. It actually is a healthy-wise recipe made with brown rice but again my picky husband wont eat brown rice so i have to use white!
Friday we are going to The West Nassau game so i think ill have a hot dog and nachos! yum!
All of these recipes came from www.kraft.com I have been trying to come up with new things to cook so i went on the site and they have soo many good recipes check it out!!
HAPPY COOKING!
Happy Birthday to me,...
| at 5:44 PM
While at the lake last week we had a need for two more cakes! The first being my little cousins Billy and Louis birthday. They really didn't have a theme for their party so we decided to copy the napkin from the party supplies! Mandy and I both worked on this cake and i believe my brother may have helped a little also. I thought it turned out pretty cute for our first attempt @ fondant,...
Hair Appointments,...
Today Griffin went to his hair appointment @ 2:00! i couldn't help but share how cute he looks! He wasn't very happy and it took them FOREVER. (unless you have all day don't go to Pet Stop) They did an awesome job though! Here are a few pics of him! And Carrie I'm that mom and i only have dogs so don't feel bad!

I'm ready to sign up for 2 and 3 and soooo ready to take Fondant and Gum paste classes! This first pic in of my cupcakes that i never posted about They look better in person but notice the creepy clown in the middle,..it was Scott's favorite!!
This is the final cake that we made this afternoon. It pretty much included all the techniques we had learned into one cake. Im just glad i almost mastered the rose! I think im just going to start buying pre-made roses (they are more then annoying)
Its been a while,..
Since i posted a blog about my babies! Its not much but i do have a couple of pics! Don't they look so cute,....

Tara Libby called me a few weeks ago and asked me to take a Wilton cake decorating class with her at Michaels @ the airport. Those of you who know me well know this didn't take a lot of convincing. I love anything crafty and had been wanting to do this for a while! Today was our second class and we actually decorated a cake! nothing too fancy just some simple technique to get us started! We are having so much fun and i cant wait to see how we improve over the next couple of weeks! here are two pics of my very first cake! don't look too close its not perfect!!
Happy Birthday Summer and Jayden

I made it with a box cake but she does sometimes make hers with a homemade cake. these were supposed to look like cupcakes but im not sure if i achieved that or not! here are a few pics!
